I had 2 days to find a rental for my family. I had never been to Las Vegas and I had \u201Cnarrowed\u201D our search to Henderson and Summerlin. Matthew Steiner had a great selection of houses for us to look at and gave us the pros and cons of the areas. He went above and beyond for our family. He even directed me towards available preschools. We found an awesome rental. It was so wonderful that we wanted to purchase it. That wasn’t a possibility so Matt helped us find a great home 10 months later. He helped us negotiate a price, create a repair list, and met us several times to view the same house. His main concern was that we found a house that we were happy with us. He never pressured us on time and answered all of our questions. His knowledge and experience benefited us with our first Las Vegas purchase. I can’t say enough about his attention to detail and commitment to helping find the right place for us. We feel incredibly blessed to have had a realtor that worked so hard to help our family.

We met Matt Steiner at an open house we had no intention of buying a few years ago. We let him know that up front, and even though the open house was supposed to have been over, he encouraged us to take our time and have a look at the house anyway. We had a nice chat with him about homes in the area and other things while we perused the house. He was extremely friendly and we took his card on the way out. Later that year we decided to sell the house we had lived in for over 16 years. We called Matt and that day he stopped by our house with a three binder explaining the entire process of selling our house, comps in our area, and it laid out exactly what we could expect from him. He asked us to take our time and look over the information he presented. He encouraged us to call him anytime with questions and expressed his desire to earn our business. After looking over the information he gave and sitting down with him, face to face, we agreed to hire him as our Realtor. He walked us through the entire process down to what things we should pack and what things would be acceptable to leave out in the house during showings. He was accessible throughout the whole process, normally by text message or email, but when things were important he would contact us via phone call or in person. He also answered our phone calls anytime we called, day or night. He put out a very detailed and accurate description of our house to include professionally taken photos. He was very receptive to our requests, wants, and needs. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time or not important. We felt like we were his only clients. Our house listed on a Friday and we had multiple offers on it within 24 hours. We accepted an offer 72 hours after it listed. Since then we have purchased another home and sold an investment property with Matt. His quality of service has not wavered from the first day we met him. He is extremely hard working and honest. We absolutely (100%) trust him. He has become a part of our family and we would not consider doing business with any other Realtor.
