As an Internet-savvy real estate representative in your neighborhood, I've had the opportunity to help many homebuyers find their ideal homes and many sellers obtain top dollar for their homes. Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions that most people ever undertake, so I will help you through every step of the process. While buying a home with John and Coldwell was a very quick and seamless and quite frankly amazing experience we did not have that same experience in selling with him 2 1/2 years later.
It took over 3 hours to complete JUST the contract to have Coldwell Realty sell our home. This was just the paperwork to have them be our realtor and it took over. 3. hours. John tried to get an extra 3% from us for buying a home in another state stating that \u201Che would work with the realtor in our new state\u201D so we should sign up for the buying commission as well which we obviously declined. In signing the documents we had to read every page because buyer pages were mixed in with the seller pages that were not for us to sign at all. Not to mention before we even got home, John was calling us and telling us that after all that time we spent in his office he was missing papers. This happened numerous times in the entire selling process where we had to sign the same document multiple times because they were lost.
We would receive multiple text messages from John that we’re not even for us in regards to the sale of other homes and had to follow up with John on everything during the sale of our home, sometimes having to go back and fix things that were not done correctly. We had to reach out on multiple occasions to agencies involved with the sale of our home to follow up to make sure that things were completed and on multiple occassions we had to call John to find out why said items were not completed.
All in all, our final thoughts...buying a home with John is a breeze, but selling a home requires much more seller input than anticipated.
John helped me sell my house in less than a month since i hired him. He gets to work! Never met a person as dedicated to his craft like John! Five Stars Five Dimond Service! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!
As out of state owners it is often more difficult to find the right person to assist in buying/selling a property. After talking over the phone and Mr. John Izzo responding to some of the questions we had we met face to face at the property during a short visit to Las Vegas. The guidance he provided from paperwork to maintenance items and possible gotchas to make the property sale-ready were invaluable. John had a comprehensive list of handy-men, cleaners and contractors to supply multiple bids to do most of the work required to get our property ready for closing. There is no doubt that for any future real estate transactions we would heavily depend on John and his wonderful team.
