For those seeking a qualified Las Vegas Realtor, I am here for you. From marketing and selling residential homes, investment/distressed properties and flips, specializing in golf course properties, to representing clients in re-sale homes and short sale/bank owned homes, it is my mission to serve the entire real estate needs of my clients and customers with commitment and integrity.

Originally from Southern California, I have lived, worked and played in Las Vegas for the past 26 years. Prior to real estate I worked in the construction and home inspection industries, which allows for the ability to have a far more critical eye for details beyond the cosmetics, therefore making the move to the real estate industry a natural transition.

Our journey with Mark stared one year ago. My wife and I had received his name and number from a very close friend who had just sold and bought a home with Mark. We were looking to move to Nevada from California for a better family life. Mark had done the same a few years before us and knew personally the reasons that we had for moving. Right away he hit the ground running with getting comps and finding areas that suited what we were looking for. After our house was listed we had buyers but they had fallen through for one reason or another. He kept in contact with our selling agent as well as the builder that we eventually decided to go with. I had to move to Vegas for work and leave my family behind, nearly daily I received phone calls or text messages of encouragement from Mark during the hone sellig process. We had to take our house off the market for a bit and even then he never waivered in his comittment to getting us the house we wanted. He offered his opinion and advice at every turn of events good or bad. It got quite discouraging at times but eventually our home in California sold. As soon as that house was in contract he made sure we got into contract on the floor plan that we wanted with the builder. I think it would’ve been easier for Mark to tell us to contact him when we were ready but the fact that he didn’t says a lot about the caliber of his professional and personal character. As I type this we are in our new home and I cannot thank Mark enough for his promise to see this to the end. Coldwell Banker should consider themselves extremely fortunate to have an agent like Mark among their ranks and I know that he will rise to the top of the business soon. When we started this journey with Mark he was a voice on the other line, then he became our agent, and finally he became our friend. My wife and I sincerely thank Mark from the bottom of our hearts for his help and steadfast guidance when it would’ve been easier to do less. I will always consider Mark Lambert as not only our agent but now a very close friend for many years to come. Mark, thank you. I know I have told you that before but I means it beyond what worlds can convey. So in closing again, thank you for your work, guidance and finally and most importantly friendship.

This was the second house purchase that Mark helped me with. This second sale was a bit difficult because the seller's agent just seemed so difficult about some things, and Mark's diplomacy and patience was most helpful and much appreciated. It's an emotionally draining experience trying to secure a contract in a seller's market when there is so much competition for a home and Mark stayed on top of everything to make sure the deal went through smoothly. Even after the sale was completed, there were still some problems and Mark kept on top of them until they resolved and I am so grateful for his attentiveness.

Mark and Hege Lambert were excellent from beginning to end of my home buying experience.
