Kaori is the best of the best!!! Her exceptional communication and dedication to us made buying and selling this house easy.Prior to working with Kaori, we submitted multiple offers and payed for multiple home inspections in 2021. After five(!) offers failed to get us into a home, we were fed up and decided to try Kaori. This house was our first offer we put through with her, and we were approved/accepted! She made us feel valued and heard throughout the buying process, and she helped restore our faith in humanity. And, the house she got us into was a great place to call home for the past few years; she didn't just try to sell us a home that had a bunch of problems covered up with a fresh coat of paint.Fast forward to this year, and the choice to use Kaori as our listing agent was a no-brainer. She was quick to put any concerns at ease, and reassured us through the stressors of selling our house and moving to another location. Once the house was put on the market, it sold in one day! Kaori's preparation and expertise contributed heavily to the ease and efficiency of this whole process.I'll say it again, Kaori is the absolute best realtor to have in your corner, whether you're buying or selling your house. If I ever move back to Vegas, I know just who to call!

Kaori and her team were GREAT!!! Kaori was very quick to respond to all of our questions and gave us complete and concise answers.I would definitely work with her again without hesitation. We were out of state when selling our home, Kaori and her team were very helpful in taking care of anything that came up to facilitate the selling/negotiating process.

I have known Kaori from 2009 when I purchased my first home and did an excellent job. I will always recommend Kaori for her knowledge in the Real Estate business. Anytime I had a question regarding the sale of my sold house, she responded immediately, she's truly an honest to goodness Lady.
