David was not the first real estate agent that we courted when it was decided to sell the condo. However, he was the first that was easy to get a hold of, eager to jump in as well as knowledgable about the various directions to take regarding pricing and staging to sell. During the listing and escrow process he was sure to answer any questions that were asked and navigated challenging situations that presented themselves with ease.
