I have done several real estate transactions with Michael now. He is an excellent resource, you will not be sorry if you contact him.On this most recent transaction, I sold a house that I bought just a few years ago for my mom. She has many dogs, and she smokes, so the house was in pretty bad shape and we decided to give it a good remodel job before selling it.Michael handled almost all of the details, I only needed to visit the house a couple of times during the whole process. He had a bunch of suggestions for what changes we should make, providing multiple options at different price points, etc. He collected bids from a few different contractors, showed them to me, and then managed the day-to-day interaction with the contractors for the duration of the job.I cannot recommend Michael enough.

Michael is great. I just bought my second property with him, and I will be calling on him again in the future.He could practically be a home inspector himself, he casually points out a dozen little details as you tour a property. As an example from this time around, I remember seeing a house and there was a back patio made of tile. As soon as we stepped out, Michael noticed, "oh, they used interior tile for this patio, which means it's going to weather faster". And sure enough, once you knew to look for it, it was very clear that the tiles that received direct sunlight were starting to discolor and their surface finish deteriorate.If it were just his home inspections skills, he would already be worth his weight in gold. But on top of that, he is really great at everything else, too. Particularly his acumen about the local market, and negotiating.I can't recommend him highly enough.

Michael Mair made buying our new home an absolute pleasure, as well as selling our previous home a breeze. He went way above and beyond for us than we ever expected. He was focused and very interested in making sure we found the home we wanted with all the requirements that we were looking for and more. He was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process and after as well. Michael is an incredible realtor to work with and his team were very helpful and pleasant through the process also. I highly recommend using Michael for all of your real estate needs.
