The Las Vegas valley has been my home since 1976. Our family laid deep roots in the community over the years as as have our children and grandchildren who also live here. My firsthand knowledge of the area and strong ties to the community and UNLV are invaluable as a real estate agent. As the Head Coach of Men's and Women's Swimming at the University of Nevada Las Vegas for 35 years, I strived to help my student athletes attain their goals, (47 All Americans, 22 Olympic Team members, 15 conference championships). Jim was very professional and even when a last minute glitch came up we proceeded and it all worked out. Seller's documents arrived late to escrow causing so tense moments as the movers were en route to the new house. As movers and buyers were on the road it all worked out and we moved in as planned.

We used Jim to purchase our current house back in January. Jim was extremely hands on and easily reached throughout the whole process. He was very patient with me and my wife and would line up a number of showings back to back to help save us time during the process which was vastly helpful since we lived in the opposite side of Las Vegas. Jim would meet me and my wife wherever we were to make the transaction as easy on us as possible. Jim worked with the loan agent so well that we actually closed our VA loan in under 30 days which is unheard of. He never forced his beliefs on us and what he thought we should do, but instead provided coaching and guidance to us to help us come to the conclusion that was best for us. I highly recommend using Jim Reitz as a realtor, and will definitely use him in the future.
