I had contacted Sharon when I was looking for a previous house to buy and she did an amazing job in finding that house. So when I wanted tosell a few years later I contacted her and she immediately started the process of going over every detail that is required in order to have a successful sale. To my amazement she sold our house within a few daysand for an amount I never dreamed of. If any one is looking for agreat realtor she is the one to call.

At first, Sharon was our realtor for finding our house to buy. We loved working with her so much, we reached out to her again when it was time to sell our house. On both sides of buying and selling, she was phenomenal! She is approachable, knowledgeable, and professional, and looks out for her clients' best interests. During the buying process, she demonstrated patience, impartial frankness, and an ability to discern which things we liked without us being able to describe them very well. When it was time for us to sell our house, she was thoughtful and considerate and made the process very easy for us. She responded to all of our questions (even repeated questions when things slipped my mind) very quickly and effectively. She was able to explain both the buying and the selling processes to us, so we knew what to expect every step of the way. We really appreciated her knowledge and help!

Sharon stayed with us through a frustrating search for a rental and then a home to buy. She was always positive and encouraging, despite difficulty in finding a suitable home in a market with little inventory and rising prices. We needed a quick close and the mortgage company she recommended made that happen. We have bought and sold several houses over a lifetime and found her superior to other agents we worked with in the past.

Sharon Cormier did an excellent job finding, negotiating and closing on our new home. She put in a tremendous effort in finding, advising and finally closing on the home. We went through 87 different possibilities and left Las Vegas without finding what we wanted . Sharon continued to help us after we left, Within a few days, she succeeded in finding one more, the one we bought. It almost didn’t happen, and my wife and I were ready to return to Washington and give up. Sharon kept working and if it wasn’t for her, we would not have been able to make this purchase. We are forever grateful to her.

Sharon was an absolute joy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for better. With everything that I had to go through, she hung in there with me. Any questions I had, she’d answer, if she didn’t know the answer, she’d find it. Even though she had other clients, I would have never known, she made us feel we were the only people she was working with. If I had to give her a rating 0-10, I would really like to give her 100 rating. She is worth it.

Sharon was fantastic!! We have been working together for about two years and once I finally was ready to move forward with buying a home Sharon was quick to jump into action! She explained every step in detail and always made sure I was comfortable with the process. Overall, I am stunned at how easy buying a home can be! Sharon Cormier is definitely first class from beginning to end and I am beyond grateful that she was with me through this huge life step!!

Sharon was GREAT to work with. She was helpful, calm, organized, and knowledgeable throughout the entire house hunting and buying process. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated her patience and clear explanations of everything. She was always quick to reply every time I contacted her. I was impressed with her perceptiveness as she knew what we wanted before I realized it often times. She never rushed us or pressured us in the least. She encouraged us to keep looking until we fell in love with a property. She struck the delicate balance of providing sound guidance regarding negotiations and house features, while still giving us room and time for decision-making. I highly recommend her!

Let me start by saying we are not the easiest to deal with, especially as first time home buyers with our head in the clouds. But Sharon was up for the task. We originally went with Sharon for a rental property. After several showings we decided to focus on buying. We waited 2 years before we started looking to buy. We did the unthinkable, we gave another agent a chance. All the while we knew that Sharon had our home. It didn't go as planned and we called Sharon and explained what happened. She embraced us with arms wide open. She was amazing. She worked tirelessly with our demanding schedule and insane wish list. In the end she found our home. It was a great price and in the location we wanted! The escrow/closing process was Sharon was very smooth. Our friends told us horror stories about this process but we are still amazed that is was almost a flawless process. We think it is due to God putting Sharon in our path. She is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, caring, and all around amazing person. We highly recommend Sharon for anyone looking to find the their dream home, starter home, 2nd home, fixer upper , and etc. She is one of the best in the business!!!! We shall be purchasing our future home with her as well.
